Chapters Coffee Carts is a supported worksite for disabled adults.
We provide our employees with professional on-the-job training, so that they may transition into the broader workforce. All employees will be interviewed, given business cards, and will be paid for their work; thus learning the values and pride in working for, and earning a paycheck.

Emmanuel
Emmanuel enjoys working at Chapters Coffee Carts every Friday. His name tag is gold- like his favorite color.
Emmanuel has big dreams for his first paycheck - perhaps his first few paychecks - and hopes to buy a white Lamborghini.
Taylor
Taylor always comes to work with a smile on her face and ready for some fun.
Her favorite color is red and she is a big country music fan.
She plans to put her first paycheck in the bank and save her money.
Justin
Justin dreams of working in the criminal juvenile justice system. His favorite colors are blue and red. His favorite part about working at Chapters is helping customers with their orders.
He is going to save his first paycheck to pay for college.
Kelsey
Kelsey is excited to be out in the community and working at Chapters.
Kelsey likes to wrap those delicious chocolate chip cookies and clean up the cart at the end of the day.
Her favorite color is pink and she plans to save her paychecks to buy souvenirs for her friends when she goes to Disneyworld.

We, the Founders, are the parents of a daughter with a developmental disability. As she progressed through her educational career, we dreamed of what her next steps would be and how we could make those dreams of gainful employment, social connection, and bring her special gifts to the workforce. She is legally entitled to contribute to this economy as a tax paying citizen, and we wanted to ensure that we created a pipeline for persons like her in our community. Seeing firsthand the need for more meaningful employment opportunities for disabled individuals we created Chapters Coffee Carts. We believe that: One cart, one cup of coffee at a time, we can help build stronger and more inclusive communities.
